Come See Us IN PERSON OR on facebook live!
Hope Springs Community Church of the Nazarene is a group of people who want to honor our Lord Jesus Christ and encourage each other to grow in our walk with Him.
What are your services like?
We are an informal come as you are gathering. Picture a living room or a kitchen as opposed to a study or a formal dining room. Whether it is through the music, prayer, or preaching, God's Love is at the center of all our gatherings. Most services include a time of prayer, preaching and giving. The sermons aim at transforming our lives to be more like Jesus Christ.
Where should I park?
We have parking lot near the church.
Where should I go when I enter the building?
When the building is open, please enter through the double glass doors that face Fifth, then make a right into the sanctuary. We are a small church and any of us would be happy to help you find any other place in the building that you might need to go.
Do you provide childcare?
We believe that children are the church NOW - NOT the church of the future! We are exploring various ways to meet the needs of the families who come to worship with us. We do offer a separate church service more oriented towards kids instead of the usual boring church service but we do offer also adult service later on in the day Sometimes, we may have childcare, and other times we may not. There are activities for the children to enjoy during the service. Pastor Wayne also does a children's sermon during the worship service.
What should I wear?
Clothes <grin>. We are more concerned about you and your presence with us than we are with what you wear. As a church, we gather to worship the Lord and want to dress in a way that honors God. What that means for you is best determined by God and your wardrobe limitations. When you are here, you may find someone in a suit/dress sitting next to someone in ripped jeans and Black Sabbath t-shirt.
